Eliana Lopez is a Vice President at Phoenix Management Services with approximately 12 years of experience in financial and operational management.
Eliana provides Phoenix’s clients with hands-on operational and strategic advisory with experience in the implementation of restructuring initiatives, managing complex financial forecasts and budgets, managing liquidity, developing business assessments, and assisting in the transactional leadership for companies in need of M&A and debt restructurings.
As a seasoned financial professional to private and public sector companies, Eliana is multifaceted across a multitude of industries, including but not limited to, manufacturing, food and beverage, not-for-profit, real estate, distribution and financial services. As a strong financial leader, Eliana assists a wide range of clients from those that are experiencing significant growth to those under-performing or in distress.
Prior to joining Phoenix, Eliana was a minority owner serving as the Director of Finance and Operations for Bart’s Ice Cream. Bart’s is an ice cream manufacturer, distributor, and retail business in Western Massachusetts. Eliana has also served in a variety of banking positions including Vice President at Century Bank within the Not-for-Profit Commercial Lending Group and Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Citizens Bank working within the Middle Market Lending Group, Strategic Investment Group, and Global Restructuring Group.
Eliana earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Alfred University, College of Art and Design and holds an MBA in Finance from Bentley University, McCallum Graduate School. Eliana is a member of the Northeast Turnaround Management Association.
