Phoenix to Serve on Panel at TMA Annual Convention

Adam Cook, Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking of Phoenix Capital Resources will be serving as a panelist during the conference which runs October 25-27. The topic the panel will be discussing is “How to Restructure Small and Mid-Size Businesses: Avoiding Pitfalls and Seizing Opportunities” Serving alongside Cook will be Sara Chenetz, Blank Rome, Mark Barbeau, Renovo Capital; James J. Downes, CTP, BBK Ltd and Judge Margaret Mann, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, Southern District of California.
