PHILADELPHIA (May 8, 2012) —- Leading middle market turnaround management firm, Phoenix Management Services, acted as financial advisor to Princeton Fulfillment Solutions, LLC in conjunction with its acquisition of Phoenix Marketing Services, Inc. The two companies are now operating entities of The Princeton Companies, headquartered in Robbinsville, NJ.
Phoenix Management assisted Princeton with its due diligence on Phoenix Marketing. Phoenix Management also structured and negotiated the stock purchase agreement with Phoenix Marketing, as well as the acquisition financing with First Choice Bank.
