New Hires

  • Eliana Lopez joined Phoenix as a Vice President in the firm’s Boston office and brings to the firm more than 12 years of experience in financial and operational management. Eliana is a strong leader that deploys a hands-on approach to clients experiencing significant growth to those under-performing or in distress. She has extensive experience in the implementation of restructuring initiatives, managing complex financial forecasts and budgets, managing liquidity, developing business assessments, and assisting in the transactional leadership for companies in need of M&A and debt restructurings. 2020 Awards, Recognitions, and Certifications

  • Kyle Landis earned his Series 79 with FINRA. Kyle joined Phoenix in January 2020 after serving as a Portfolio Associate with Cognetic Capital Advisors. In addition to his Series 79, Kyle also holds his Series 7 and 66 investment banking licenses with FINRA.

  • Rodney Gayle authored an article titled “Leaning-in During the COVID-19 Crisis or…Survival is the Stretch Goal!” The article outlines how Lean Six Sigma can be utilized and how businesses can eliminate risks during today’s crisis with COVID-19.
  • Michael Jacoby, Senior Managing Director and Jessica Zwirzina, Marketing and Communications Manager at Phoenix Management Services have co-authored an article for ABF Journal in June 2020. The lenders surveyed gave forward looking responses on COVID-19’s impact on the U.S. Economy.

The article titled “Governance in the Vicinity or Zone of Insolvency” focuses on the importance of acting swiftly at the first signs of insolvency and steps the board should take when in the zone of insolvency.
  • Patrick Bellot, Director of Phoenix Management Services has authored an article recapping ACG Philadelphia’s webinar, “Investing in Distressed Opportunities.” The article titled “Investing in Distressed Opportunities After COVID-19” highlights the key takeaways discussed on the May 28th ACG webinar.
