Phoenix would like to recognize, Brian F. Gleason, Senior Managing Director & Shareholder of the Firm, on his hard work and dedication over the last 4 ½ years as Phoenix finalizes its engagement as financial advisor for the Puerto Rico Mediation Team.
With the confirmation of the Plan of Adjustment of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Employees Retirement System of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the Puerto Rico Public Buildings Authority, Judge Swain determined that the Mediation Team had completed its work and fully accomplished its task.
It was a great honor for Phoenix to work with this esteemed group Judges in accomplishing the Plan of Adjustment.
