Phoenix Capital Resources (“PCR”), the Investment Banking Division of Phoenix Management Services, Inc. (Collectively Phoenix), Recruits Adam Cook as Group Head of Investment Banking
In a move reflecting its continued growth and commitment to becoming a pre-eminent distressed middle market investment banking solution, Phoenix Capital Resources has recruited industry veteran Adam Cook as a Managing Director and Group Head of Investment Banking.
Mr. Cook is an investment banking professional with over 12 years of broad-based experience in advising companies, private equity funds and lenders on both special situation and main-stream transactions in a variety of industries. He has participated in transactions totaling over $4 billion in enterprise value. Mr. Cook will be responsible for working with PCR’s clients on special situation transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and financial restructurings.

Before joining Phoenix Capital Resources, Adam led or worked with several boutique advisory groups focused on special situation transactions. During his tenure, Adam led many transactions for private, family-owned and public entities. Prior to moving into the special situation arena, he held positions with PWC and Credit Suisse First Boston.
Adam holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island and has published in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions. He has been asked to speak at industry seminars as an Investment Banking Expert with a particular focus on special situation transactions and the middle market. Adam is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth (“ACG”) and is active with the Turnaround Management Association (“TMA”).
