Phoenix is excited to announce that Michael Jacoby, Senior Managing Director and Shareholder of the firm, has been recognized as an honoree of Philadelphia Inquirer’s 2019 Influencers of Finance Award and named a recipient in the investment banking category. Michael is a seasoned investment banker and turnaround professional with extensive M&A, operating, turnaround, and commercial banking experience. He routinely represents distressed and growth-oriented companies as well as strategic acquirers in M&A, financing, and recapitalization transactions.
Michael is active in a number of civic organizations. He is a board member of the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project, Commercial Finance Association’s Education Foundation, and the Board of Managers of the Episcopal Academy Alumni Society. In addition, he is a board member of the Philadelphia Chapters of the Commercial Finance Association and the Association for Corporate Growth, where he is President-elect.
