Michael E. Jacoby, Senior Managing Director and Jessica Zwirzina, Marketing and Communications Manager at Phoenix Management Services have co-authored an article for TSL Express in January 2018. The article “Lenders Reveal an Optimistic Outlook for the U.S. Economy in the Near Term” reviews comments from more than 5,000 lenders nationwide from a macro-economic perspective. The lenders surveyed this quarter gave forward looking responses on the U.S. economy in the near term, but some darker clouds in the long term, with higher interest rates, loan losses and bankruptcies appearing to be on the horizon.
