Jacoby and Zwirzina Author Article on Phoenix’s Q2/17 Lending Survey Results

Michael E. Jacoby, Senior Managing Director and Jessica Zwirzina, Marketing and Communications Manager at Phoenix Management Services have co-authored an article for The Secured Lender in July 2017. The article titled “Changes to the U.S. Economy Performance: Lenders Reveal an Optimistic Outlook for Near Term and Increasing Pessimism for Long-Term Economic Strength” reviews comments from more than 5,000 lenders nationwide from a macro-economic perspective. The lenders surveyed gave forward looking responses on the U.S. economy on a near term basis despite the negative perception of the U.S. economy in the long term.
