Phoenix is proud to announce that Malainy Xia, Managing Director with Phoenix Capital Resources, has earned her Series 79 and has become a Licensed Investment Banking Representative with FINRA. Malainy has over 15 years of international investment banking experience and provides unique expertise and relationships in completing cross border transactions with a particular focus in the China region. She has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, initial public offering, private investment in public entity, capital raise, and expansion/growth financing and has successfully led over 50 investment banking transactions.
Malainy’s comprehensive global presence, combined with her transactional leadership and wide range of industry experience, makes her instrumental in the origination and execution of both domestic and cross border transactions. Over the course of her professional career, Miss. Xia has developed a number of client relationships and has specialized in serving companies within the United States, European and Asian markets. Malainy has served private, family-owned and publicly traded companies as well as institutional investors spanning a wide spectrum of industries including e-commerce, food and beverage, energy, real estate, and consumer products.
Malainy earned her Bachelor’s degree in both Finance and Economics from Tongji University in Shanghai, China, and earned her Master’s of Science in Finance from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.
