Phoenix is proud to announce that Joseph Nappi, Managing Director with Phoenix Management Services and Phoenix Capital Resources, has earned his Series 79 and has become a Licensed Investment Banking Representative with FINRA. Mr. Nappi is a seasoned professional in the restructuring industry with over 15+ years of experience in special situation transactions. He has led and assisted many middle market companies in a variety of roles including: investment banker, turnaround manager and commercial lender. Mr. Nappi has been involved in numerous transactions involving a wide range of outcomes including operational and financial restructurings, refinancing’s, capital raising, complex balance sheet restructurings, and M&A both in and outside the prevue of Chapter 11 proceedings. He was part of the deal team who successfully sold a manufacturer of clean-tech for Gas Turbines earning Cross-Border Deal of the Year and the Divestiture Deal of the Year by the M&A Advisor. Mr. Nappi is a Cum Laude graduate from Babson College and is an active board member of the Turnaround Management Association and Chairman of the Northeast Chapter NextGen committee.
