Jim Fleet Serving as Moderator at 6th Annual Credit & Bankruptcy Symposium

James Fleet, Senior Managing Director and Shareholder of Phoenix Management Services, will be moderating a session at the 6th Annual Credit & Bankruptcy Symposium. The Turnaround Panel, titled The Keys to Victory? When Change is not for Change Sake?, focuses discussion upon the variety of perspectives and roles to the art of the corporate turnaround.

Jim will lend his extensive industry knowledge and experience in the discussions about the keys to reaching the successful turnaround outcome and the focus upon the subtle and not so subtle corporate changes necessary to achieve this outcome. Jim has over 20 years of executive and advisory experience ” managing and providing material guidance for over 90 engagements. Among Jim’s recent assignments and roles have been serving as the interim CFO of a $180 million Canadian steel mill, interim CEO and Operations Advisor to a $185 million food processor, interim CEO of a regional multi-disciplined radio, print, digital and mobile media company. He has held a variety of advisory roles including the Bankruptcy Advisor to a $200 million building products manufacturer and as a Financial Advisor to an $80 million textiles and chemicals manufacturer.

The event takes place on May 9th and 10th at the Mohegan Sun Resort in Connecticut.
