Industry Veteran Hollingsworth Joins Phoenix Management Services

Atlanta, GA (November 30, 2015) —- Phoenix Management Services, a leading provider of sustainable, operationally focused solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bayard Hollingsworth as Managing Director. Bayard joins the firm’s Atlanta, GA office to support its continued growth and expansion of services.

Bayard joins Phoenix with more than 20 years of experience in managing and advising clients in complex situations and working closely with clients to successfully identify and solve challenges in their operations and capital and organizational structure. Throughout his professional career, Bayard has served in a myriad of interim management positions assuming the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Restructuring Officer, and Treasurer. Bayard has expertise in the areas of turnaround and restructuring, crisis and liquidity management, operational and profit improvement, and strategic and bankruptcy advisory. He has also served in a wide variety of roles in completing capital advisory assignments ranging from refinancings and recapitalizations, capital raise, complex restructuring and sell side M&A transactions. Bayard has extensive experience in the manufacturing, distribution, business services, consumer products, and food and beverage industries.
