Select Advisory Assignments
Served as Interim Chief Financial Officer for a $100 million private equity owned rubber compounding company. Negotiated with senior lender to secure a waiver of loan default and to establish more favorable loan covenants. Implemented new cash management and credit procedures which resulted in improved working capital ratios and increased availability on the revolving line of credit by $750k over a 3-month period.
Served as Chief Restructuring Advisor for a $20 million privately held print and direct mail company. Led negotiations with and between senior and junior lenders to secure forbearance agreement and additional financing.
Served as Financial Advisor in the refinancing and recapitalization of a $30 million niche manufacturer in the lighting industry. Conducted financial analysis, forecasting and developed a 3-year financial model that became the basis for the refinancing and recapitalization transaction, and new $11 million credit facility. Also served as Cash Manager, leading negotiations with vendors, which resulted in a significantly improved cash flow.
Served as Financial Advisor to a private equity fund, performing an operational due diligence and business assessment of a $65 million specialty cable manufacturer.
Served as Financial Advisor to a senior creditor providing operational and financial due diligence related to an $80 million acquisition in the automotive industry.

Selected Capital Advisory Transactions
Served as Financial Advisor in the re-financing and recapitalization of a privately held $500 million window and door manufacturer securing a $100 million syndicated credit facility including an asset based revolver and term loan.
Served as Financial Advisor in the re-financing and recapitalization of a $30 million niche lighting manufacturer that included $11 million of new facilities including an asset based revolver, term loan and subordinated debt.
Served as Chief Restructuring Advisor for a $20 million privately held print and direct mail company. Developed financial forecast / budget and 13-week cash flow model used to assist in the successful raise of $1 million of additional mezzanine level debt capital
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Phoenix, Mr. Fuller served as CEO/CFO for a manufacturer of building products in the commercial and residential construction market. Shortly after joining the company as Vice President of Operations, he led a personnel reorganization and financial restructuring. The results of which included; a return to positive EBITDA, Mr. Fuller’s appointment to the position of President & CFO and an increase in revenue by more than 115% over a 3-year period. Mr. Fuller began his career in Boston at Fidelity Investments, where he worked for more than six years, most recently as a financial consultant.
Education/Affiliations
Mr. Fuller graduated from Bentley College with a B.S. in Finance and is currently a Level II candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA). He is also an active member in the Turnaround Management Association, serving on the Board of Advisors for the Maine satellite region of the Northeast chapter.
