Selected Advisory Experience

Mr. Menatti was brought in by the Board of Directors of The Global TeleXchange as Chairman, CEO & President to take control of the company in a “crisis” situation and lead the Company through its financial, sales, marketing and technical restructuring.

While serving as International Vice President at Advanced Radio Telecom Mr. Menatti was responsible for all international operations with emphasis on restructuring and equity acquisition.

As Vice President, BellSouth Europe based in Brussels he was responsible for identification, evaluation, execution of joint ventures, strategic partnerships and consortium development for wireless and alternative carrier opportunities in Europe.

As President, Mr. Menatti was instrumental in building the European Division of CompleTel from a startup company up to and through a successful IPO on the (NASDAQ) with a Market Cap at IPO of $2.6 Billion.

While serving as the first ever Chief Operating Officer at Mount Vernon, the large non-profit historic estate of George Washington, Mr. Menatti successfully opened three new buildings including a museum, next generation audiovisual Orientation Center and an Education Center. He was responsible for integrating all legacy systems while upgrading the infrastructure to meet current and future demands. He reorganized and restructured the ticketing, admissions, licensing, security, human resources, IT, building and grounds maintenance & operations, restaurant and retail operations.

As Founder of Anderic Enterprises, Mr. Menatti was instrumental in closing a $25mm (growth capital) equity financing package for a leader in healthcare outsourcing business process solutions.

As EVP Revenue Operations, he was instrumental in the equity capitial raise and deployment in the area of Medical Imaging.

Prior Experience

Most recently Mr. Menatti was engaged as Chief Operating Officer of Historic Mount Vernon, George Washington’s Estate and Gardens, the most visited historic home in America. His was responsible for all daily operations of the Estate; it’s visitors, personnel and infrastructure.

Mr. Menatti has held the position of Founder and Chairman of Anderic Enterprises, which focuses on Sales & Marketing of services and applications to telecom carriers globally, outsourced executive management, workout and turnaround assignments and capital raise with globally focused companies.

Mr. Menatti also held the position of President Europe for the CLEC startup CompleTel Europe based in Paris, France. He was responsible for Carrier Relations and Collocation/Web Hosting; Regulatory/Legal; Construction and Engineering; Business Planning/Finance; City Implementation; Marketing/Product Development. Prior to CompleTel Mr. Menatti was Head of Europe for Level 3 Communications, Inc. based in Brussels, Belgium, Vice President International for Advance Radio Telecom Corporation (ART), a leading broadband wireless microwave operator and spearheaded the companies operations in Europe and Asia.

Prior to ART, he served in executive positions for AccessLine Technologies and Atlas Telecom that marketed network based Value Added Services/Unified Communications to global carriers. He was Vice President Worldwide Sales, AccessLine Technologies and Vice President, Europe, Middle East & Africa; Atlas Telecom based Brussels, respectively.

Mr. Menatti was responsible for starting the first Chinese language edition of Business Week-China in Beijing and founder/Publisher of Communications Week International based in Paris, France.

Education/Affiliations

Mr. Menatti graduated with a BS degree from the University of Utah in 1976. Mr. Menatti played professional basketball in Italy following his graduation. He holds dual Italian and United States citizenship. Mr. Menatti is a member of TMA and ACG as well as the Potomac Officers Club all in the DC area.
