The company had manufacturing operations in mainland China and a trading company in Hong Kong. Mr. Mink worked with the CEO to solve marketing, manufacturing, administrative and financial issues in the US and China. He gained extensive experience with China regulations for US-owned manufacturing plants located in China, and successfully refinanced the company with working capital lines in the US and Hong Kong.

Served as interim CFO for a $1.3 billion publicly held leasing company during its reorganization through bankruptcy. In addition to directing the decentralized accounting functions of this twelve-location operation, he was directly responsible for all special bankruptcy and SEC reporting requirements, secured and unsecured creditor negotiations, and wind down activities during the company’s massive reorganization.

Mr. Mink was an integral member of the Phoenix team that provided interim management to the Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW). In the capacity of Interim CFO, he was responsible for directing the activities of the Accounting, Budget, Treasury, and Risk Management departments, and guiding the company as it struggled to meet its financial debt covenants during a critical year-long reorganization.

Worked with an executive team in the turnaround and subsequent rapid growth of a middle-market manufacturing company. As CFO/COO, he employed various strategies to contribute greatly to the company’s 2000% EBITDA growth, reaping significant benefits to its shareholders.
