Vince Colistra Served on a Turnaround Panel at the TMA Florida Winter Conference

Vincent J. Colistra, Senior Managing Director and Shareholder of Phoenix Management Services, was one of four featured expert panelists at the Turnaround panel on February 20, 2014 at the TMA Florida Winter Conference . The panel discussed the state of the turnaround industry in 2014.   The panel discussion was held at the Omni Orlando Resort in ChampionsGate, Florida.

Vincent has managed or participated in over 75 engagements since joining Phoenix that involved developing and implementing solutions in complex corporate restructurings and reorganizations, operational and financial turnarounds, recapitalizations, re-financings, the raising of senior debt, second lien debt, subordinated debt with warrants and preferred and common equity, as well as representing strategic and financial buyers and sellers of businesses in both the public and private sector
