• Financial Advisor to one of the oldest manufacturers of outdoor wear with annual revenue of $80 million
• Restructuring Advisor to a $100 million commercial cleaning company of retail stores in the United States and Canada
• Financial Advisor to an $85 million provider of advanced engineering, design and manufacturing services to the aerospace and defense markets located in California
