Phoenix is proud to announce that Jason Hanes, Director with Phoenix Management Services and Phoenix Capital Resources, has earned his Series 79 and has become a Licensed Investment Banking Representative with FINRA. Jason has over 15 years of experience in several roles within the commercial and asset-based lending environment and has participated in a variety of investment banking engagements including balance sheet restructurings, refinancings, and recapitalizations. His scope of expertise within capital advisory and turnaround management advisory spans a wide range of industries including manufacturing, food and beverage, technology, consumer products, transportation, and paper products. Jason’s prominent operational, financial and negotiation skills allow him to deliver successful and measurable results in complex transactions and situations. Jason graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Accounting and earned his M.B.A from Cleveland State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Ohio.
