Suffering with financial underperformance and liquidity issues, the organization restructured under Chapter 11 bankruptcy in an effort to materially improve its operating margins and cash generation.

The Solution

Phoenix personnel took control of all cash forecasting and cash management functions to significantly improve liquidity and overall cash position. Significant improvements in EBITDA were made as the cost structure of the restructured organization improved and the client ultimately emerged from bankruptcy as a fully viable going concern.
